Question: Why do surface grinders need to install hydraulic locks?

 

Answer: In the parallel hydraulic circuit of various working devices of the surface grinder, because both ends of the scraper's left and right lifting cylinders are equipped with hydraulic locks, it is impossible for the oil in the intake chamber of the scraper's lifting cylinder to reverse flow back to the oil tank of the surface grinder when the piston of the cylinder reaches the limit position. Two-way hydraulic lock is installed. In order to prevent the reverse flow of oil when the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor intake chamber and reversing valve of each working device of the surface grinder enter the mid-point, the negative closed reversing valve is equipped with one-way valve in the front wheel tilt and scraper rotation of the surface grinder.
